Is it normal my gf called me with her ex bf name ?

My gf is19 so do I. We toghter already half year. Yesterday we spoke on the phone and and she called me by mistake Dave, her name of her ex.. It happen twice on the same conversation.. I got pissed on the First time she called me Dave.. And than she did it again by mistake and I hanged out the phone.. She didn't even tried to call to tell me she is sorry. She knows very well I hate that ex.. It's her ex ofcourse I will hate him, and shealso promised me not to talk with him on the phone.. Because of that mistake know she did spoke with what makes me be really mad about her... Is it normal she called me Dave twice and my reaction to this ? We didn't spoke from yesterday.. And I'm not going to call her either if though I love her and want her.. I feel like she is the who need to make it right this time.

    Hmmm.. your already 6 months in a relationship.. She should be used to calling you by your name.

    I think it's normal, because she is so used to calling her boyfriend Dave, but now it has changed. For example, if one of your friends changed their name, you will sometimes accidentally call them by their original name, because you are so used to it.
