I have a friend who regularly reads novels that he stole while working at the book store while he drives his van. It reminds me of that episode of family guy where Peter is reading Jughead comics while driving. To top it off he often smokes weed while doing do at the same time.
Lol it also reminded me of that family guy sketch... There's no way you can eat all those hamburgers you stupid,,, ahh crap
I don't think this is true (hope not, anyway!). I think it's blatantly obvious that this is not normal and that this is ridiculously dangerous, not only to the people in the car, but to the people who he could end up running over.
I'm actually not trolling but I do realize it's not normal. I just wanted to share the story. If you read my previous post about bad former roommates (the tweaker, the theif and the slob) he is the same guy as the slob from that post. He also does not have insurance despite being ticketed frequently. One time I was in the car with him and he was driving on the wrong side of the road and the police pulled him over and he went to jail. He wasn't reading that time though.
Yeah, I remember the post. I didn't realise that was based on someone you know! Yikes, poor OP.:( I find it really worrying that someone would actually do this. He shouldn't be allowed to drive if he isn't paying attention whilst driving, it's dangerous. If he wants to act like a fool and get himself hurt, then that's his fault for acting like a bloody idiot, but if he runs someone over, then that's different.
I submitted a troll post of a very similar nature and it was rejected. Twice, I believe.
