Is it normal my friend contemplated r*pe

I have a buddy who has real insecurity problems, good looking guy, smart, real nice, but incredibly introverted and shy. Around new people he’s really socially awkward but he’s normal with me cause knows me. He sucks with chicks, he’s gotten laid a few times before but it pisses him off to get rejected. He doesn’t take rejection well at all. He hasn’t gotten laid since college started and is too nervous to try to meet a girl or ask anyone out on a date. He’s not just looking for sex he’s lonely and shit. But he won’t make a move.

I get tired of listening to him complain about how lonely he is so I’ve tried hooking him up with someone once and he beat my ass for it. The other day he brought up to me that he had spiked a girls drink the last frat party we went to but changed his mind and didn’t see her afterward. I got pissed but he said he knew it was wrong and would never do it again. I love the guy but he acts stupid sometimes. We’re both 20
