Is it normal my friend acts like a 7 year old

My best friend is starting to annoy me with the way she acts. She runs around pretending to be a fairy or singing cr*p about nothing or just genrally being hyper. It's really starting to affect our friendship, I want to talk about serious things, have fun and go out places with her but she insists on being a shy little lunatic. I can't just stop being her friend because once, she had a total breakdown because she thought she had upset me, she spent 3 hours crying because she didnt say hello to a guy running past us! I want her to change but she won't, none of my friends are normal, my family have always been crazy, my mum didn't properly look after me or care about my emotional issues, I was bullied at school and I just need somebody to talk to...
How can I change this?

All 7 year olds are insulted by you making this remark.

Your friend sounds more like a thwee year olds.

I will say it's normal for two reasons.
    1) I act somewhat like this, and you sound like my friend.
    2) I think it's not that bad, it really depends on your age, how old is she?

If you hate her that much, then just stop being her friend.

My best friend of two years acts like a five year old. He thinks he can and will do anything. But some of Shit he says isn't all bullshit. He can build a fully functional samurai sword, with extra weapons. I can decipher, though, the facts from the BS.

Then get new friends. She'll get over it eventually. I love hyper people! In my opinion, they're the most fun.

I realize she's your best friend, but I wouldn't let that stop you from "talk(ing) about serious things, have(ing) fun and go(ing) out places". Instead if you think you have another friend to do those things with, do them with sed person. Hopefully she'll notice and see that you have matured and its time for her to too. But honestly it sounds like a phase, who knows maybe she trying act silly for a boy she's been noticing recently. Good Luck!

    • Def not for a boy, she has never had or wanted a boyfriend and always giggles and yells it out whenever I point anyone out :P

    •skanky clothes
(she isn't poor by the way)
