Is it normal my feet feel orgasmic when i touch them even when i dont?

Ever since early this year a few of my orgasms went to my feet. Of course orgasms put blood flow to whole body. Mine made my feet feel amazing and it stayed there even now I wake up and my feet feel tingley and when I touch them it feels like its having a fuzzy feel good like an orgasm. An when I have orgasms my feet again feel amazing. This just happened to me this year, and I havent worked out as much as I used to but I will this to year and we will see if it makes difference. Omg they feel good now. Has anyone had this?
