I've know this guy ( I'm just going to call him guy) ever since I was born. We get along so well and always hang out when we can the problem is he lives in another state far away. My best friend makes fun of me because I talk about him a lot, she says me and guy are going to get fall in love and get married. I don't want to I kept saying I don't like guy because he is like my brother. I just had some dreams of kissing him and us liking each other. I keep doubting it but is it possible I like him? Is this normal?

    It's kind of tricky. Dreams don't really mean that much I think, but it could be a sign that you are troubled by these thoughts and your brain is trying to figure out "what would it be like if I liked him?".

    It's normal to be confused about your feelings for him but it could just be confusion rather than anything that's real. It could be that you are comfortable with him and you like that feeling. On the flipside, it could be that you are starting to like him but haven't realized it yet.

    However, that's up to you to figure out...you have to think about whether you like him as a brother or as a lover: would you want to kiss him or hold hands with him, would you want to have a relationship with him or perhaps eventually do sexual things with him?

    I say think about it and give it some time...but don't make any rash decisions.

    Well i've had a friend like that, saying "oh you and him this" stuff like that and yeah it gets pretty annoying, but i get what you mean by you dont know if you like him or not, honestly it seems to me that you do by you saying you wanna kiss him and shit lol but maybe it's just me.

    You should tell guy how you fell. You have nothing to lose.

    Of course it's possible to develop feelings for a "friend" that you've known for a long time.
