Is it normal my family came down from england and they look old?
I'm not trying to be mean at all! I'm just saying what I and my friends and family observed. So I've never been to England but we have family friends there who only came down once a loooong time ago when I was about 5 or 6 years old.
So they just came up to visit again and all but 1 of the 11 of them looked much older than their age. When I met them, I thought the oldest woman was 65-70. She had lots of saggy neck skin, lots and lots of wrinkles, droopy eyes, etc. Turned out she was 44. The other second oldest was a man who I thought was also 70ish and he was 45. Then there were the younger ones..the YOUNGEST was 17 and I honest to God thought he was 35. I honestly still can't believe it.
The three girls were all in their mid 20s and they all looked about 45 as they had much older faces. One of them even had a wrinkly neckline like a 60+ year old and aged skin.
The only one who looked their age was the 33 year old..because I thought they were in their early 30s and I was right.
I'm 18 and they told me I looked 14. All of them at different moments kept asking me how old I was and in the beginning, they all thought I was lying about my age. My sisters are in their 20s and 30s and they all thought my sisters were TEENS. Do they not realize how old they look?
When they left, my entire family and my two friends who visited a lot when they were over were all talking about how much older and wrinkly their skin was for their ages. It's really weird. I thought sun damage does that so we couldn't figure out what it was because England isn't sunny.
I'm not knocking british people. My friend said his Father visited Britain and felt younger because they thought he was in his 20s when he was 45 and my friends dad always looked his age.
IIN?
