Don't listen to what your ex says about you. If anything, its not that you're not attractive, he's just moved on and the spark is gone. He used a poor choice of words for explaining that though, and said that you're unattractive instead. And also, he sounds like an immature jerk. Thats another reason why you shouldn't listen to him.

I used to have really blonde hair in hs, and just around sept/oct of last year, I decided to go darker to be closer to my natural color. Well, a lot of people had something to say about that. I got a good amount of compliments, but with that I also got dirt from a couple people who were more used to me as a blondie. My point is; screw what assholes say. You're not unattractive, otherwise he wouldn't have fallen for you before. It doesn't matter that your relationship with him has ended, you're still the same girl you were back then. The girl he then thought was attractive.
