Is it normal my ear drums feel hot and i feel dizzy after smoking weed

I have started to notice that after I smoke, what feels like my eardrums, will become hot. I also become dizzy, start having uncomfortable tunnel vision and most times a faster heartbeat. On some occasions I will get so dizzy I will throw up (not just once, I'll usually throw up every 20-40 minutes just from the feeling of everything spinning until I'm not high anymore and fall asleep). The whole experience is not pleasurable at all, but it only lasts about 30 minutes then it's usually just a normal nice high (except when I become dizzy and throw up, then I feel like I can't move or I'll throw up again). Most of the time i smoke with friends I feel great the whole time, could I be thinking too much about the negatives so much that it actually amplifies them into a problem? When I'm with people laughing and just having fun I don't really notice any fast heartbeat or hot ears. I also would like to add in that I'm 6" and 140 pounds (I'm somewhat skinny) and usually smoke just on weekends. Could I be getting too high too fast? Anxiety? Anyone that could suggest anything that could help, any tips, or your own similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

First of all, if I were you, I'd ask myself if it is normal to smoke weed. And if you say that something has changed in the way you feel, then it must be because you've changed some of your smoking habits like the quantity, the kind of weed you use or the fact that something in your food must produce this. If there's none of them then it may be that your body has developed some sort of intolerance to it. My advice is yo quit smoking because continious throwing up will damage your stomach and esophagus.
