Is it normal? my dream trying to save my fiance

Ok last night I had an odd dream last night, but before I get into it, I'll tell you what happen before I went to sleep. My hubby and I both have colds, I'm starting to get off of mine, he said that he felt so bad that he might be developing pneumonia which really scared me... He then tols me, first thing I do after making breakfast in the morning is to ask one of our nieghbors for cough drops. I tucked him in on the couch, and I slept on the Spider-man foldout chair-bed that we have.

Anyhoo, now to the dream.

James and I were playing videogames like normal. We got invited to our new neighbors' house [they don't really exist]. We started to play games with their little boy; he's about 11 or 12. But his mom left somewhere, he immediately started groping me and taunting my hubby. Out of no where, my fiance started strangling the kid and his mom walked in.

[I had a dream skip at this point]

I was out of the house now, but my hubby wasn't with me. I started hearing police sirens so I ran back to the kid's house but when I got there I saw them, taking my hubby away in handcuffs and putting him on a helicopter. Other people were bolting the house shut and putting police tape everywhere.

I couldn't give him the cough drops so I asked some of my other neighbors for help to the police station. I needed to tell the police that he was gonna die if I didn't get these cough drops to him!

The dream ended at this point because my hubby told me to wake up to make breakfast, but still, can anyone make sense of why my dream was this ¨epic¨ for lack of better words?
