Is it normal my diet consists only of chocolate and sugar?

So all i have eaten every day for past couple of months is snickers bars (i eat around 8 a day) and syrup on toast and other highly sugary sweet foods. Does anybody else have a diet like this? I am 5'7 talk and weigh 8.5 stone

How about you start living off carrots and celery by dipping them in ranch dressing its delicious. But if you want to be super healthy skip the ranch dressing. I mean the kinda look like chocolate bars...just make sure to cut them into rectangles.

What do you think? People are dying of horrible diseases and wished that they have the health that we do, and we waste it by eating crap. Please, people, don't throw your life away.

please eat an apple or something. just slowly start incorporating fruits, vegetables, and fish into your diet one at a time. maybe u can home-make strawberry jam/syrup with real fresh strawberries to put over your toast. add eggs to your breakfast. eat whole GRAIN instead of white. and drink plenty of water. even if you're skinny, you aren't excused from eating a healthy diet. i wish u the best whoever u are... :)

Uggh... I got a headache and my stomach knotted up just reading this.

Not sure how you weigh so little.

No, it is not normal. Nor is it healthy. You won't go very long eating only that without developing a serious health problem.

It's not even so much that what you choose to eat is unhealthy (I mean it IS very unhealthy, but it's not the main concern), it's what you're NOT eating that is going to absolutely wreak havoc on your body. Your body needs so much more than what those foods can provide.

Eat other things. By eating nothing but sugary junk, you're shortening your lifespan.

You should take better care of yourself. I don't know how you've managed to stay alive eating nothing but crap like that. You're an inch away from getting a heart attack. Stop eating that junk. Stop now.

I went thru a phase of eating a shit ton of Reese's PB cups for about a month like 10 years ago, but I have a good metabolism and am extremely healthy food-wise overall over my whole lifetime so I'm OK to do bad shit sometimes. Everything in moderation. I have no clue how much a stone is though, so for all I know you're a lardass or an anorexic.

8.5 stone is about 119 lbs, or 53.9 kg; depending on what system you use.

I used to...but I felt like shit all the time. It was just easier to eat the little fun size candies around work throughout the day than actually make something.

Theres two types of diabetes. Type 1(insulin-dependent) and type 2 (insulin resistant). You are either born with type 1, or, develop type 2 from excessive sugar/carbohydrate consumption. Type-2 diabetes is correlated with body weight. Working out = proven to defeat diabetes type 2 onset. type 2 can progress into type 1, which is way worse. Many people with type 1 are actually underweight. So, your kind of right but no. diabetes type 2 is a ramification of being overweight because of poor diet and sedentary habits.

...i'm type 1. type 2 doesn't turn in to type 1. you're kind of right.

...type 2 can certainly progress and behave like type 1.

Yeah, you must be some kind of doctor, going around spreading medical information and pharmaceutical jibber-jabber. Damn doctors always misinforming the public on disease...when will you stop the madness? You fucking doctors, always healing people and shit. Quit it already.

No. You must be a doctor..you have the same twisted sense of how the disease works. Just because you take insulin doesn't mean you're type 1. Also, you're not necessarily born with type 1. I was completely normal until 11 years old. Type 1 is when you're islet cells are completely destroyed by your body. (autoimmune) Type 2: Insulin producing cells are present but are not working properly hence the use of oral medications. If it's not taken care of by the lazy asses, then yes, insulin is required but I don't feel sorry for them one bit. They can still reverse it. I can't.

I wish I could live on junk food :( I envy people who can eat crap all the time and not get fat. I couldn't care less about my health, but I just don't want to be fat. So you're incredibly lucky to stay 119 and not have to eat healthy!

Sugar does a TON of damage to you, including killing collagen cells (the thing that keeps you looking young).

If you want to look twice your age and get diabetes, you're on the perfect track.

I commend your good taste. If I was going for an all sugar/fat diet, Snickers is where I'd go too. They're delicioso!

    P.S. Not healthy, though.
