Her diet seems healthy. What does her doctor say? There is the chance that it's due to peer pressure and be on the look out for signs of an eating disorder. If you think she's developing one, don't point the accusing finger or create negativity. Instead be calm and talk and listen to her concerns.

Social and peer pressure maybe? You should talk to your daughter :)

What a little fatty. You should take better care of your daughter.

I don't think she's fat and I take very good care of her!

It's too late. She's been brainwashed by the anorexics.

Girl's are always over concerned about looks. Think back, you must have been the same (that is if you are the mom, not the dad)!

    She's only slightly overweight.
Considering all the exercise she does, her weight may be muscle mass.

If she is indeed a bit fat with that diet and exercise routine, you should maybe take her to see a doctor.

    Also, from what I read:
    Her diet lacks meat!
It probably doesn't affect her weight, but I can't imagine life without meat.

        That's nice then.

        ...everything in moderation though.

It's normal but bad. She may have an eating disorder.
