As a normal guy I spent time on fb and watch movies on my laptop. My dad gets irritated just because I spent time watching movies and do fb on my free time and holidays. And today he hit me because of this reasons. I am 19 years old, Is it normal to hit me very badly ?

Well, you're old enough to defend yourself, so I have to say it isn't normal to just let him hit you. I think you should probably get out and get your own shit going.
You're an adult, move out. That's not a normal thing for any parent to do to their kid at any age.
Yes its normal he hit you cause you are 19 probably slacking off lazily and living in his house. If you don't like it then move out .
It's time to move out and be on your own. Perhaps in lieu of being on FB and watching movies, you should be helping out with the house and family. You could be cutting the grass or even painting the house. Do something other than being a 19 year old burden to your parents.
