Well, he may just being nice to his sister... but... then again, he may actually "like" you. I haven't always "liked" my sister, but as she got older - more mature - and showed interest in me, then I noticed her in that way. Maybe your brother notices you, and is interested in you. It's normal for siblings to like each other as siblings, friends... and even lovers. Talk to him about it.
