Is it normal my brother and i broke each other's belongings 1 by 1?

This was a few years ago. My brother and I had a fist fight (again) and our dad broke it up before we had satisfactorily pummeled each other.

I forget who started this part, but since the fight wasn't properly settled one of us went in the other's room and broke one item. Then again, and again, and again. One item per day and we never caught each other in the act either. We'd go to our rooms at some point in the day and there was the inevitable one broken belonging.

The only thing I specifically remember breaking of his was his Bo Jackson poster, I ripped Bo's face out of it. The only thing I definitely remember of mine that he broke was this decorative porcelain box, I found it crushed beneath my bedpost. I wish I could remember more stuff because it seems so funny now.

This went on every day for about 2 weeks.

Is this normal? Did you ever do this with your sibling?

Sounds like a fight nobody wins....but I had a simular incidence with my mother when I was 13 she broke everything in my room and trashed it including things that I had held onto since I was really little. I'm 20 now and still to this day I do not get attached to any objects. And still hate my mom.....but for a bunch of other reasons she's a crazy bitch lol

Why did she do that? Were you a problem child at the time?

Once I tore my big sister's valentine card and threw a souvenir she kept in the bin. She never knew. Another time I was choking her because she owed me some money and didn't want to hand back. Oh that were the happy days:)

Yeah, I would say that is normal sibling behavior. It could have been much worse.
