Is it normal my boyfriend will only get sexual with me when he's high?

He'll only get sexual with me when he's high. Whenever he's not high and we're making out he'll randomly stop and start making jokes and talking all normal and stuff and I just sit there unsatisfied. I try biting his neck and stuff when he does this so he can tell I want to have sex but he doesn't listen and just rolls over. What can I do to get him to do me while he's not high?

    My reasoning would be that maybe hes just not into you. The only time I had a bf who had to be high or on something to fool around he ended up coming out of the closet.

    Weed isnt like crack or meth or anything, its not like you cant have sex or cant get aroused when you're not stoned, unless hes got it into his head he needs it, which brings into question issues in his own psychology as weed is about as addictive as coffee.

    I have no idea. I avoid drugs and drug-users, partly for this type of reason.
