Is it normal my boyfriend has this bad of luck

So this week has been a real bad week yesterday on my birthday my boyfriend was driving on his way to where we work and a cop pulled him over and turns out he had a warrant for his arrest and it was either that or take his car away which it was his third new car. Because the other had a bad engine and is in the shop this happened as he was pulling out of the dealership when the cop ran his plate. Soo he's outta having transportation for a month the. Day before. His football coach for Arena Football league's owner decided to cut him from the team Which is his lifes dream. Because before were dating he got diagnosed with lung cancer and he's only 23 so the owner and the coach told him. He can't play which he only went to the practices since he couldn't play play the arena football league cause his diagnosis so is this normal he has this bad of luck it's crazy as hell

    That doesn't really sound like bad luck, except for maybe the lung cancer. The other stuff just sounds like Life.
