Is it normal my boyfriend always has bad breath?

Ok I don't know why but my boyfriend always has bad breath. Even right after brushing his teeth and using mouthwash. I feel bad when I tell him but sometimes I'll be in the mood then get completely turned off when I smell it. I barely want to kiss him and don't want to make out most the time cause it's kinda gross. Don't get me wrong I love him and he's sexy as hell, and he has had his good breath days here and there. But what could this be? Is it normal?

    Most bad breath tends to be caused by gum disease. I had a girlfriend whose breath got so bad that I could smell it on my clothes after we'd been on a date. Seriously. Hers got better when she bought an electric toothbrush.

    There are some types of bacteria that mouthwash won't kill.

    Tell him to rinse with hydrogen peroxide.

    maybe he doesn't brush his tongue...or maybe he is having gum problems. if he's a smoker, it doesn't matter whether he brushes his teeth or not, his breath will still have a smell.

    he needs to use his toothbrush to brush his TONGUE! Plus cinnamon naturally gets rid of bad breath. You could make plenty of foods with cinnamon for him and make him brush his tongue.

    ^^^agree with the above posts, it could also be his diet. He needs to see a doctor & get it figured out. If he brushes his tongue it might help a little bit...thats where most germs grow.

    maybe he hasnt brushed his teeth in such a long time that his teeth are rotting you should try to get him to see a dentist
