My best friend in the world is younger than I am by several years. I tell him he is my best friend and he says back that I'm his. I just feel like I'm his best friend by default. It's frustrating because he has a GF that is everything to him and doesn't make time to spend a single day with me.
Just be his fucking best friend then. Today I made my best good friend and his girlfriend dinner. It was spaghetti and it was pretty damn good. Im a better best friend then you.

You don't need to spend time with each other to be best friends. You need to care about each other and have some sort of chemistry.
I hate to reference a cartoon, but... some of my younger friends were watching this show called "Phineas and Ferb," where their sister freaks out because she hasn't seen her friend or boyfriend for a few days. It turned out they were throwing her a party...

So you're both best friends but you want him to spend time with you... but he spends time with his girlfriend... yup, I'm confused.

I understand what OP is saying. He/she thinks their best friend is only saying that, but doesn't really mean it. Am I right?

@jesusj.........Naw Cuh is ghetto for "No Cousin" and is an IIN meme that went around a while ago and has resurfaced, but is basically used when a post makes no sense. Sometimes you'll see me post Pajamas! Which was another one that went around. Then there was :o going around as well :-)
