Is it normal my bed shakes

when I go to sleep at night, sometimes I wake up and my bed is almost shivering. It's not me because I'll be warm. Sometimes it even shakes right before I fall asleep. One time the shaking was so bad I hopped out of bed mid dream; drool I'm mid-drip. Am I the only one this happens to? Because it doesn't even sound normal that I'm writing this with a straight face,

I have noticed that my bed also shakes but I figured out what was causing it - my heart beating. Because I sleep on a spring mattress and box spring, the beating of my heart transfers into the mattress and intensifies because of the metal springs. After it has gained momentum even my headboard begins to tick alittle. This may not be what is happening to you, but just wanted to share this because you may not feel your own heart beating, but the kenetic energy of your heart pumping can get transfered into your bed making it shake.

jesus this same thing happened to me except it was more like swaying. It felt like it would stand on 2 legs and i would start sliding in a direction. I freaked out at first but now that bed makes me nautious.

depends... do you live near trains, or in a house that still shakes a bit, or is this a bunk bed?

Ever just begin drifting off to sleep then something screams your name? What the fuck is that and why does it have something important to tell me right when Im going to sleep? Now Im scared shitless thinking that evil ghosts are watching me. I hate that.

to Faceless: either mental disorder (better option) or you're haunted by spirits, yep. Try to remember if you talked to a person practising witchery, or maybe you performed some kind of rituals yourself. Spirits around us do exist, some of them evil. I met one person who practiced well, lets call it magic online, driven by curiosity i agreed for her to show me some 'tricks'. From that moment for 2 years i've been wakin up paralised seeing hooded shadows floating above my bed, i heard loud screams seconds after i fall asleep, i felt, very strongly, someone's presence in my home, even during daytime, knocking to my bathroom door while noone else was around, blood appearing out of nowhere on walls - yes it was blood, i tasted it ... Once you're tired of all of this it's worth to speak to God, i'm not talking about going to church and stuff, just in your thoughts be honest to him and well, try to be a better person. In this matter he really can help you :)

It's probably a loose screw. Get a screw driver and tighten all of them.

I'm a believer in the paranormal, but I'm also a very scientific person. You're situation can be looked at in many ways, and the way you're describing it leads me to this. You're house (or just your room) is resident to unseen entities that are making themselves known. If you want to know more about them, get a digital recorder and start asking questions. When you're done, play them back on a computer with Audacity or other voice programs. If you can hear voices in the white knows, then you've made contact. I've tried this in my bedroom, as I've heard voices, knocking, and had objects moved, and I got some results.
