Is it normal my aunt is fine with this?

So I have a crush on my teacher who is 2 times my age. I told my aunt and she thinks he likes me. My aunt is totally fine and hasn't told my parents and gives me advice and everything. We went to this bar once and saw him standing close to her boyfriend and my teacher said I was looking nice when her boyfriend said nothing and my aunt was like really. He also kinda asked my to tweeze his back hair for him (but it might have been a joke). I told my aunt and she just said we should buy some waxing strips and test those out. Is it weird she's so nonchalant about this?
