Is it normal my arm hurts when i'm sad?

When I'm really upset/sad and crying my left arm hurts. It seems to be in the vein on the inner part of the upper arm and it's an aching sort of pain.

    Wow..you know? I've seen a few of these posts...you really should see a doctor. It could be heart problems. Not necessarily, but could be.

    I don't know if it's normal or not, but when I'm extremely upset, my whole upper half of my body starts to hurt. It's rather uncomfortable almost like my insides are in upheaval. If you're concerned, see a doctor.

    I get this, particularly in my chest but if I'm really sad it can affect my left arm too.
