Is it normal my 12 year old cousin keeps trying to kiss me?

I am 26 and she keeps trying to kiss me on the lips whenever we're alone. One time she even tried to get me to touch her boobs. The worst part is that all the adults in our family really trust me and her together because ever since she was really little, I was always her "favorite" and she loved to play with me and spend time with me, and I always respected that and thought it was cute, and she always gave me a big hug when we said goodbye. But now it seems like her hormones are kicking into gear and she is looking at me more in a romantic/sexual way, like a boyfriend. She is a very pretty young girl but this whole situation is creeping me out but I don't know what to say because I don't want to hurt her feelings.

    Stop spending time alone with her! Only spend time with her when in the presence of others.

    You should, in a word, RUN. I don't (necessarily) mean this literally, but I think you understand where I'm coming from. Just settle this now before it's too late.

    Tell her to stop making passes at you, and that if she doesn't stop you will never spend time alone with her again. You can also tell her parents about what she's doing. Don't worry about her feelings, she's obviously not concerned about yours.
