Is it normal mouthing words
My friend challenged me to try to mouthe words without also saying them in my head. Is it possible? Can anyone here do it? I certainly can't.

I tried it. I managed to move my lips with little to no thought, but when in moved my lips as if I was talking, the words popped into my head.
