Milk causes gas for me, but nuts and gluten cause migraines for me. Food allergies and in tolerances are very common, and headaches are a common reaction. For some people, dairy can cause ear aches or hearing loss. Most commonly it causes overproduction of mucus, with lots of sinus pressure and throat clearing, coughing, nose blowing. I'll bet 70% of people have some sort of reaction to dairy, and most of them haven't figured out the cause of symptoms.

If you're certain it's milk that causes it, don't drink milk.

I know if I have too much milk (or any cream) I get really bad cramps and feel sick. Apparently, I'm lactose intolerant. Maybe you are, too. I would imagine headaches could be a symptom. Milk doesn't give me headaches, but fish and seafood give me vomitting migraines, so I just avoid eating it. Simple.
