Oh, and for those who say how annoying it is when guys do this, trust me, it's not just guys. You girls do this all the time. "I know I'm hot so I'm going to flirt with this guy and make him like me but I have thousands of options so I won't take it any further." This kind of behavior is selfish and is ruining the notion of falling for someone. You have to really know how to keep your heart closed until you are 200% sure the other person feels the same. Because trust me, people will pull a complete turnaround in just one day.

Something like this happened to me once. I really liked a girl and we were getting somewhere then suddenly, bang! She didn't want to know. A "friend" confessed to me years later that he'd told her I was just tricking her, then he asked her out.

Unfortunately he apparently wasn't really interested in having a relationship with you. My suggestion find someone who isn't a football player (most of them are dicks anyway), check out the guys who have a future other than selling used cars or working in a fast food place. Check out the nerds and geeks. Pay them attention and you will have a guy forever...

Just because some person flirts with you doesn't mean that very person genuinely likes you.. Believe me, I've gotten that shit from alot of girls who flirted with me..

Well there is really not enough info to go off here. I can give you a few possibilities. 1.You only perceived he is ignoring you and hes just been really busy with football 2. He thinks he is a big hot shot now since he is in football 3.He somehow got the idea you dont like him anymore 4.Hes playing you to make him chase you. 5.He saw it as something different than you and might believe you are just good freinds. I would say try to talk to him about it. It might be a miscommunication.
