Is it normal knuckle bumps

Sometimes I could just be sitting on the couch and I'll look down and see this bump on my knuckle or hand. It don't think it's a wart or a bug bite (but it looks alot like an ant bite....) and it usually goes away after a day or two. If I pinch and squeeze it liquid comes out. Hives? Bug bite? Help!

    I get them all over my arms. I don't know what they are either.

    I have them on my knuckles too and my hands sometimes....clear liquid comes out if you squeeze it.

    I think it has something to do with drinking alcoholic beverages.
