You worry too much. The more you worry about getting asleep the more you don't. You just have to shut down uour thoughts completely. Yeah, it isn't easy as it may sounds. Usually I have no troubles falling asleep at all. Unless it is too loud outside. I live in a kind of very noisy neighbourhood. Very noisy and nosy people.
The kind of people who park their cars under your window and turn the music on real loud just to annoy you and laugh. I always get my 8 hours sleep. But it is hard doing it without interruptions. My neighbour turns the laundry machine on at 1:30 in the night just when I finally started sleeping nights again. Sometimes I think they do it on purpose. I mean come on, after three weeks of sleeping during the day,i finally get back on track and this bitch decides to wash her dirty underwear at 1:30 in the bloody night. I can't even go up there complaining because theyvare a bunch of uncivilized bastards. She would probably just either yell on me or call her watchdog and have him yell on me something like: who would have ever rhought! Who would have ever thought! And basically contonue by telling me I have to put up with it Or (insert threat here)
if you were living in this shithole you would have already probably killed a bunch of people. I am probably gonna get to that later. If they do not bother and annoy me to death first.
Don't worry I can't sleep for much longer than you but you should try to find something to do to get away some engery :)
Sometimes it takes me 4 to 7 hrs to fall asleep.i recommend diphenhydromine.you can get it at walmart or whatever.or any (pm) meds.i think ill get me some today.
Pay a visit to psychiatrist, tell him about your sleeping disorder, he will prescribe you some light sleeping pills and boom, problem solved.
Try making your room completely dark, it's easier to fall asleep that way.
You might have insomnia. I'm trying to heal mine at the moment. I would suggest not to drink anything but water at night, or calming tea that has no caffiene. Also, exricise during the day. I also take over the counter pills from Wallgreens called "Nighttime Sleep Aid" they're blue.
