Is it normal im thirsy after a shower?

Whenever i take shower im usually in there for about an hour because of its size shaving and what not takes a bit longer than in the bigger ones, however for the past couple years whenever i get out if the shower i find i am incredibly thirsty, i used to think it was because im always spitting out my saliva when i shower but ive broken that habit and find im just as thirsty apon leaving the shower. So is it normal to be quite thirsty upon leaving the shower?

    I have the same problem, but I usually sit in the shower and sing, it used to happen with baths too. I also have the water running quite hot so it might be something to do with it. I also find I get incredibly itchy after a shower.

      I hear the hot water drys out your adrenal glands or something like that, thats why you get so itchy afterward, i find only frying your hair helps tremendously dong even touch the areas that normally get super itchy

    I'm the same. I think it's because I take long and hot showers.
