Is it normal im given no choice?

Me and my boyfriend want to live together. But he is alreally in a coownership with his brother. They bought the house at really high price just before the recession so the house is a lt major loss. His brother has offered to hand me over his side of the mortgage. At first he wanted his side deposit back if we sold the house later on at a profit then later my boyfriend said I would have to buy appliances so his brother could take some with him. I wasnt happy and said i wanted a financial advisor and all of a sudden he doesn't want anything from me. And Chris offered we might give him money later as now he's moving in with his parents were he was goin to live with us for a year. His brother won't take on the mortgage and my boyfriend won't sell at a loss. Seems I don't have a choice but I don't like the sound of all this either. I don't no what to do as I love him but maybe I should leave him ?? As I don't like the his way and feel like something odd is going on.

Protect your money! It's normal to want to protect your money and shouldn't be a deal breaker.

    Heck, it's not 20$ we're talking about.

That sounds fishy to me - without knowing about your relationship prior it's probably not good to judge it, but anything involving money, and large amounts of it should be handled by professionals. If bf leaves as a result of your decisions, be glad you found out sooner than later.
