I think i got my period but the coloring is more of a opague brownish-red than an actual red everyone talks about. is this my period or is it something else?
When you first start your period, it won't be a river of blood red gushing out. If I'm honest, when I got mine for the first time, it was a small brown-red stain on my underwear and that was it for my first period.
So I would say that you have started them but I would advise you to tell someone, like an aunt or your mother. I know, sounds embarassing right? But they've been through it and still probably are going through it as well. Don't worry about a thing though :)
