Is it normal if your close friend is another version of you?

I have a good girlfriend who is basically my ideal version of what I want to be or who I am but lowkey. She puts it more out there while I have yet to pursue it or pursue it on the down low. Its interesting cause when I pursue the stuff like a tattoo for example, I feel like its going to look like I am copying her but really Ive been this girl all along its just I don't put it out there like she does or its taken a while for me to pursue this person. Or like she has a certain style and when I point out something she'd like or she has already, she gets this look like I'm taking her style. It can be annoying but it hasn't reached that point yet and I don't want it to because we're good girlfriends. Plus I don't have many gfs so I wouldn't want to break this bond. Does anyone else have a friend like this? And its kind of like they overshadow you yet you're exactly the same except you keep it lowkey?

Honestly, I've never had a friend like this, but that's only because I guess I'm kind of diverse, yet cool for some reason (never tried to make friends). I've had friends try to act more like me, especially people trying to get my attention for some reason, but I can't say I've ever had a friend so alike. I wish I had one though, I always wanted a twin.

I'm not sure if this is what you mean, but some of my closest friends are very similar to me in the way that we think and process information. Really the only difference is our upbringing.
