Is it normal if you lose weight but look heavier?

So far, Ive been going to this fitness class and i really like it cause its an extra push where I can't say no or slack off on top of I cant stop eating food. I refuse to go on a strict diet so I just base it on proportion but I still eat. So now Im eating happier since I go to the class which keeps me working out and Im guessing works my metabolism since Ive been losing weight even though, I look thicker. Sometimes Ill freak out when I see how thick I am so I go weigh myself and Im either the same or less. I dont understand cause before when I would workout by myself, Id lose a little bit of weight but I can see the difference and I looked good but not anymore. Is this normal or how its supposed to be?

uh probably not normal but it could be because you're gaining muscle. even though I thought that usually had you look thinner but yet weigh more. or maybe you got some weird water weight problem going on.

If it is just you why not ask your friends to tell you how your looking and ask them to be honest because you may find that its just your mind playing tricks on you, or its muscle

  • If I read this right, it's just your perception.

Listen to the scale, not what your brain is telling you.

Of you weren't exercising, you're eating the wrong foods.
