Is it normal if you feel like you're being poked

I always feel like I'm being poked. It happens everywhere on my body. When I'm laying down I get poked on my back and sometimes on my side. Sometimes it's on my arm, eyelid, or neck. It's EVERYWHERE. I try to stop it by putting my hand over it but sometimes it won't work and it will keep going. I know it's not my pulse because it sometimes goes really fast and sometimes it's just a poke. It's been happening for over a year now and I don't know what to think.

It sounds neurological. If you also sometimes that you have a bug crawling up /down your arms or legs then it could be restless leg syndrome. If you are also getting sharp pain that lasts like 1/10th of a second that it could be fibromyalgia. Either way, you need to see two doctors: a neurologist to test for neurological problems, and a rheumatologist to test for fibromyalgia.
