One time while i was showering, i scratched my arm a little. I looked at my fingernail and some dead skin was there. Not like weird dead skin or anything, just normal dead skin that collects on its own and stuff.

Since i was showering and cleaning and whatnot i scratched a little more with soap and a brush and stuff and then i was like whatevers.

my point is i guess, has anyone else ever scratched their skin in the shower and gotten dead skin under their fingernails or something? just wondering...

    its a combination of sebum build up and dead skin cells. everyone gets it, its worse at the end of the day

    I get this too, because I suffer from rashes and they itch and i scratch and skin accumulates and i have to wash my nails alot

    i wash myself and never have that problem.... you should work on your showering abilities..... thats nasty and evidence of bad hygene
