I had a hernia 6 months ago. They are a life threatening condition. Go to your doctor and have surgery. At any time a part of an organ could slip out. Soon afterward you will begin to feel pain this is your organ dying from lack of blood supply. After this occurs you can develop gangrene and blood poisoning. After this you die... go to a doctor.
It's only a month before you are almost back to normal apart from the heavy lifting.
Make sure you vacuum your room before the surgery though. I sneezed three times in the month after my surgery. I remember each one.
Pushing it in to prevent you from going to the doctor will only hurt you in the long run. Hernias are a serious and potentially life threatening condition. If you keep this up, you will die.
They don't heal themselves and are serious. Especially if you keep pushing it back in repeatedly it could cause internal bleeding.
if you hurt it on the job, you have to notify them. The should immediately open a case for you and start getting you treated. This is required under workers-comp.
If you keep on going, you've only gonna get worse. I even know a guy that ducktaped his nut - not much better.
I'll take 34 minutes for the procedure, you'll go home the same day and you'll be back on your toes in a two weeks (ish.)
