Is it normal if my friend asks to copy my notes and i get annoyed?

She always asks if she can copy my notes that I did from the reading, and she's a pretty good friend of mine. However, I'm a little frustrated because I worked hard and read everything, and I feel as if she's just using my work to get ahead. How can I get her to stop asking without being too rude (b/c I don't want to risk our friendship)?

    It's something normal.. But let it go, rather than losing a friend. Time will pass and so your uni/school years too.. But losing a friend over petty thing as this is not worth it.

    The next time she asks, tell her that you feel a little uncomfortable with it and you'd prefer it if she took her own notes. There is nothing wrong with telling her.

    This bothers me to or its the i feel guilty thing where you let someone copy your homework or test

    This happens to me, too! My sort-of-friend is just lazy, she sleeps the whole time and then begs for notes as though she wasn't perfectly capable of taking them herself.

    Does she ask when she missed class? Are you annoyed if someone barrows them if they missed class a day?

    My boyfriend tries the same type of thing sometimes. I give him anything obvious or given, and make him find the rest himself.
