Is it normal if i want/need a cuddle buddy while away from my bf?

Im in college away from my bf who I love and miss being with but I am into guys and love affection. I don't want to cheat but it's hard to completely stay away from a guy when he's your type or gives a good feeling and he's into you too. So so far there's been some guys I have my eye on and have an eye on me. I tell them ahead of time I have a bf so all we can do is flirt and one isn't respecting that he keeps pushing it and another I just met but it seemed like he did respect it cause he started getting distanced from me but still hanging out with me. So I like the last one even more cause he knows not to go beyond cuddling so I kind of wanna make him my cuddle buddy while I'm away from my bf. Or just in general if I meet someone else who will be a good cuddle buddy. I just like the affection and comfort from a guy. Is this normal ?

    It doesn't sound like you are ready for a commitment. How does your boyfriend feel about you cuddling other guys? my guess is that he doesn't know and you are being unfair to him. If he does know, I hope you don't mind if he cuddles with other girls.

    "I don't want to cheat but..." There it is, BUT.

    "I want/need a cuddle buddy while away from my bf" so you know what i think? I think you want to cheat. But you cant bring yourself to do it, cause its morally wrong. So this "cuddle buddy" thing, which i think is complete BS.
    Is a way for you cheat.
    You want to put yourself in a situation where you KNOW you CANT control yourself.

    I hope this assumption isnt true. Dont lie to yourself. If it is true then i truly dont think your fit for a relationship and think youd be happier a bachelorette.

    So you're basically telling these guys your only goin to be a dick tease and noy hookup. Just dump your bf and hookup with whoever so you can cuddle. No guy believes a girl who says okay to cuddle and expects not to get some. Use your brain and think about it a second.

    This is just something I can't understand...I'm a lifer. If I find the right guy, I would be faithful to him forever. I really just can't fathom that so many people have issues like this. Why is it so goddamn hard people? What is so appealing about cuddling (or more) with strangers? IF you really loved him, you would want to be in his arms.. no other guy would do. Not cool lady, tsk tsk I say, woman!

    You sound like a spoiled child to me.
    Just being with another guy when you have a bf is WRONG, especially if you want to be intimate, even in a limited way.
    Time to choose; a bf, other guys or a bf and a big cuddly stuffed animal.

    Totally normal. He's far away, you're seeking companionship and comfort, and he won't even know if anything happens. Just don't cheat on him if you really love him. PS I don't think cuddling counts as cheating so you're okay.
