Is it normal if i think some girls are cute because of their scars?

This started when I was playing a romance visual novel, the whole theme though was on girls with disabilities, and loving regardless of that. One of the characters had major scarring across the whole right side of her face and body, and I liked her the most. Then I went out and realised I found a girl on the street was really cute, because of the scarring on her face.

I think I may have some creepy fetish, although it's not like I only like girls if they have some type of scarring or anything.

    Not really normal in the sense that most people don't feel the way you do.

    It's common to find someone attractive despite their scars/disabilities, but unusual to find someone attractive BECAUSE of it. That is fetishisation.

        It still sounds like fetishisation - or romanticisation if there isn't a sexual component.

        Nothing necessarily wrong with that - but you've obviously got to acknowledge that, whilst you mind find it beautiful, the girls may well hate their scars/disabilities - and won't necessarily be grateful or welcome your focus on them. They might also react badly were they to find out you find them cuter because of their scars/disabilities.

    My ex had pretty severe facial scars but is still good looking. She was also legally blind.
    I've usually gone for girls with disabilities because I have my own disabilities and can relate to them more. They are usually less judgmental of my own problems than girls who don't have any issues.

    A tip for talking to people with scars or disabilities. Never ask them about it. They get it every day and it is offensive to ask. Just ignore it and talk to them like you would anybody else.

    It's normal for people that have scars. I have scars myself and would like someone else with scars.

    Aw, that's nice. It means that you care for people with disabilities. I'd say it's normal. Different people have different fetishes.

      No it doesn't???? Finding somebody attractive purely based on something that people would consider a disability doesn't make anyone a good person.
