Is it normal if i shake violently in the morning

Sometimes in the morning, I start when I wake up after a while, I walk to another place in my apartment and I just suddenly start shaking really violently. I can't keep myself steady and sometimes I fall over. My eyes also get fuzzy so I can't see stuff properly. This morning, it happened twice. The first time was when I woke up for around 5 mins already and I went to my desk to get my phone charged with the phone in my hand and I started shaking again and I dropped my phone. The second time was when I was walking to the kitchen from the dining room (which is really close) and I just started shaking suddenly so I leaned close to the wall but I fell backwards and luckily my mother grabbed hold of me. I have had this thing for quite a few times already. Sometimes I just feel dizzy but this is sort of the severe case.

It could be low blood sugar. I'd still go to the doctor if I was you though. It could be something serious.

Even if it happened once in your life time, you should see a doctor and check it out. Sometimes I gets only worse, and going there won't do any harm to you.

Have you seen a doctor because I would do so immediately.

No. Because it doesn't really do me any harm except that I might bump into something.

But you shouldn't be violently shaking when you wake up. It's the farthest thing from normal and could be signs of something worse. Please see one.

The thing is it doesn't happen EVERy day, just ones in a while. I had it today again but I didn't fall over, I controlled myself from shaking too violently. By the way, my father is a doctor, and my mom tells him about this stuff and he just doesn't say anything

Periods can make a woman feel dizzy and disorientated and even shaky because the hormones affect the whole nervous system. Also, they can create low blood sugar, which makes a woman feel shaky and fuzzy. Something to eat usually helps that one.

Sometimes, subtle neck and spinal twists can worsen period symptoms, Also, these can cause giddiness and neurological symptoms such as seizures.

I would suggest an osteopath to check the neck and spine and who may be able to tell you if it is serious or not. It might also be worth seeing a medic or some other therapist that you would trust to make a good assessment.

A lot of doctors who don't understand symptoms of someone who is sick don't really have much to say because they can't make a diagnosis. There is still a lot to learn but I think it's worth checking out, like it's not even big deal is it? Just go :P
