Is it normal if i say cuss words to my mom whenever we fight?

Its just a normal & silly argument with my mom turns into a major heated argument. Trust me I love her way too much & can't think about losing her.But whenever we have argument,things just slip from my hands & I say cuss words like bitch & I know she hates it.I try to stop myself but I can't help it & regret later, also I try not to answer back rudely but can't help it either. What should I do? Please help!!

    Damn. If I'd have sworn at my mom, or really even talked back, she would have killed me on the spot with whatever was handy (not kidding) and dad would have done it again when he got home. No shit. None of my high school friends would have dared swear at a parent.
    I thought that kind of thing only happened on TV, not in real life. Y'all certainly live in a different world from the one I grew up in.

    You know what would hurt her even more? Learn some big words and expose all her faults in front of everyone. Just rip her apart.

    My sister has said worse than bitch to our parents, but she has some kind of mental disorder if I had to guess autism. I was there and It made me cry that she could be so mean to our parents. And I was like 20 at the time(she is even older but still living off them)
