Is it normal if i lost weight by eating cookies?

Im eating small portions each meal time (breakfast, lunch, dinner) BUT im binging more than before my weight loss plan. BUT Im still getting slimmer and weighing less. Ill eat cookies, sweet bread here and there, or starbucks but not frappachinos, mostly carbs and stuff. I do workout at least an hour every night mainly stretches or aerobics type of stuff. Im not obese just trying to get rid of the little fat ive gained, i weigh like 130 and losing 3 lbs every time I weight myelf. I think its cool eating dessert a lot but is it good, normal?

When you're dieting, you have to pay special attention to getting enough vitamins and minerals. Because you're eating less, it's harder to meet your RDA. If it's very short term, it's probably okay, though. And perhaps you could take vitamin supplements (although they're nothing like as good as fresh food).

Its not healthy, but it will work :)
Limiting your portions throughout the day is proven to work - no matter what you eat. You could eat small amounts of butter throughout the day and loose weight, so long as its in small amounts.
Once you loose the fat that you want, I would try to incorperate some veggies and protien as you dont want to become malnurished - that can cause all sorts of health problems. Not to mention your skin will look older and colorless, your eyes wont be bright, your nails and hair wont be as vibrant and you wont be in as good of a mood - this could affect relationships.

    Good luck!

It raises your metabolism. Anything which contains calories does.

What you're eating doesn't sound healthy, but a least it's working. Coffee boots the metabolism, but Starbuck's nutrition can be deadly. One of the simplest things to get is a cappuccino. It may not be the traditional cappuccino, but at least the calories a low. Avoid holiday drinks at all cost, especially anything to do with peppermint. Always get the smallest size possible. If you have iPhone, get the Starbucks app. It'll give you all the nutrition needed. Starbucks is polluted. You'd be better off making coffee at home or going to a local cafe.

What kind of cookies do you eat? Do you eat balanced low calorie meals with meat or veggies?

Exercise has a much larger affect on your body than diet (As long as you don't have a defficiency in anything). However nutritionaists can't sell exercise can they? So they pretend that diet is the main factor in health and make a pseudo science out of it.
