Well my step-sister is 17 and I'm 18. We are both single and we've flirted here and there, but nothing more. Sometimes she will come out of the shower and I will be at the end of the hall and she will "flash" me and giggle. We do tease each other, and I want to maybe make a move..She has seen me naked and I've seen some of her. I sniff her panties and she grabs my thighs. We don't have relation really.. Is it normal?

    Here in my country step-brothers aren't legally allowed to marry, not even if their parents divorce. Technically it's incest, but the law doesn't make it a crime either. Here one can sleep even with his own mom; if both consent and are adults, however socially outrageous it may be, it's not illegal.
    You're not blood-related, and I would do it if I were you, but be sure if you're not commiting a crime. Laws can be different where you live.

    You aren't related. It's not that bad. If you were brought up as brother and sister, it's slightly more weird but I don't think it's that bad. It would be weird for your consecutive parents having their kids together too!
