Is it normal if i just wanna get out of where i was born

Im 19 a normal student..since i knew that when sb say 'yes' to you it does not mean okay all the time,,I been trying to find chance to get out of here.. I'm trying to focus on improving my English for one reason only I wanna get a better just like yours..I watch telly,,dreaming that i could set foot
there..I admire you all.. you were born where I always wish i was in , you got nationality that i desire i got..:)) I wish i could mingle to the better life that you do every day..a Vietnamese?? I just feel like im not belong here although my country is nice also:)

            In England if you can't afford rent or whatever then you can apply to live in social housing. They are not bad either, my friend has just bought an ex council house which has 4 bedrooms and a large garden. At some point a family will have lived there rent free.

              They're not "free", social housing tenants pay rent and my understanding is that as in Australia, there's nowhere enough of it and long waiting lists - partly because governments sold them off on the open market. Here, there's a waiting list of years even for emergency social housing and it's definitely NOT free.

    Normal. I live in a crappy ghetto town and I wish to get out of it. It seems like someone is always either getting beat up here for something ridiculous or someone is getting stuff stolen from them.
