Is it normal if i get mad when people ask stupid questions?

I generally hate stupid questions but a good example is when my mom asks a question like "why is the pantry door open".....well obviously i forgot to close to close it. I wish i could say that but then that'll make matters worse so i end up saying idk. I go through this routine(in various ways) a lot and its really annoying. I do try to remember to do right but sometimes things happen. So my question is does anybody else get mad about stupid questions?

    A calm and patient answer is the most maddening for the stupid person's query. They're asking two questions, actually. The first (stupid) question is to mask a second (accusative) question which goes pretty much like this:

    "Why can't you just do what I tell you to do?"
    "Why did my neglectful parenting/interactions lead to a neglectful person?"

    To which you can answer both questions by saying something to the effect of: "It was an inconsiderate action on my part".

    i get more annoyed when my parents point out something obvious to me and it makes me think that they think im only like 5 years old...drives me craaazzyzyz

    ah yes the worst one is "where did you lose it?" the amount of times ive been asked that is ridiculous. pointless questions like that annoy me too.

    I don't get mad for things like that but I do laugh in my head for the idiot questions people ask when there's no way you can know if they don't either.

    here are some favourites.

    "where did you loose it?"

    "how did you forget?"

    "who forgot to turn off the lights?"[only one person clearly came from that room]
