Is it normal if i get hungry when i see blood and cut flesh, opened

ok this is kind of scary for some people..

i just realized i get hungry, somewhat raveous when i see cut up flesh, blood and gore. i was watching a horror film and they had cut up a lot of people in the most gruesome, vulgar manner. it didnt scare me though, its just gross. but i couldnt help feeling hungry and wanting to eat steak.
i also remember a couple of mos back i had to assist in a surgery, this pastor was hit by a motorcycle on his knee and had to have it opened up so the doctor (who hit on me throughout the operation) could fix the internal damages and cast it back together. the slice was very deep, it just looked a lot like meat from the butcher's place. i can go on and describe but i am getting hungrier.

is it normal?

    Well,I also feel really hungry after watching blood or gore.I don't know why I feel this way, sometimes I also feels the urge to bite others..but you know .. can't do that.

    + I am a lactarian from birth ( I have never eaten any kind of meat from the day I was born)

    Mate, you all may not believe this but every time i'm on the street, minding my own business, I can actually smell blood from people's neck...I'm not kidding, my nose starts to get all funky, then I feel and smell this iron smell in the air and then my mouth starts getting watery and I get a huge hunger....and the worst part is that when i'm around people the hunger gets stronger

    I am exactly like this, the sight of anything gore and the smell of blood makes me hungry, but not even steak really helps, not to sure why this is, but yeah.

    funny story actually, I used to bite people in grade/middle school to the point of them crying or bleeding.. yeah I have no idea why exactly I did that but I did...

    Well, it's normal for me! Gore is a strange combination of things for me. It lulls me to sleep,ales me hungry, and, while some people watch porn, I can get off to gore! Not like Hollywood movie gore, but real stuff, like 3 guys 1 hammer.

    Well, you said it makes you want steak. Obviously it makes you think of steak and that makes you hungry. Seems logical. Even if it is a little weird lol.

    Maybe you're low on iron or something. I don't get hungry with gore but sometimes I'd like to bite off a good piece of rare meat once in a while
