Is it normal if i feel angry for no reason?

I feel like I'm going insane. I can't control myself and I start yelling at everyone for a pointless reason. Whenever something makes me 1% mad, I start to feel my heart beating really fast and I'm losing my mind, saying things I wouldn't usually say and I end up regretting everying. When the fight is over, I start to feel really sad and I apologise, but I know one day people around me are going to be fed up with my pointless anger, and I don't want to lose anyone, I just can't control myself. I realise this is wrong, but how can I fix this?

Have you ever sought professional help? You just might have a mood disorder like Bipolar or a personality disorder like Borderline personality disorder, but you'll never know if you don't get checked out. If you don't find out what the problem is you'll never get the proper treatment, and if you don't get the proper treatment it's highly unlikely that you'll get any better.

Start getting your anger out in a more controlled way, buy a drum-kit etc. :) If it's dangerous anger-issues you could consult a doctor or terapist (but don't let them drug you into oblivion).

Try to seek help from a pro, doctor or whatever. I used to resort to violence all the time. Someone insulted me lightly and that would be all it took for me to take out a goddamn knife to butcher the fucker. Try to learn the art of not giving a fuck and life will be easier.

Count to 5 before you respond to someone. Physically mske ylurself take a breath and relax it out before you bite someone's head off. It's OK to be angry about something - but try to keep it in perspective.
