Is it normal if i dont add my real friends on fb?

All the people I have on facebook I just know from school or from people I know at school, etc. The ones I hang out with, I don't have as friends cause I don't know I don't get the effort to go and add them and vice versa. Its like were always hanging out that facebook doesn't even come to mind to "keep in touch". Plus everyone on my fb I dislike, am annoyed of, eh they're just there so I realize why have one? Oh cause I'm nosy haha and it can entertain you when you have absolutely nothing else to do like when you're done with all your errands. So yah is it normal I'm not friends with my real friends? Who else does this?

It is gonna be a sad day when you will have to add them cause you won't be able of hanging out with them any longer.

I guess so, whatever y'all wanna do is fine. My best friend and her sister don't follow each other on Twitter..I guess cause they live together lol

  • I'd say it's normal, you see your real life friends as superior to your facebook friends, thus you don't want to lower their value by adding them on facebook.

It's probably normal but in my experience I do the opposite.
I added my real friends, then all the school acquaintances, and occasionally someone I met once at a party or something.
Then I left school and about halfway through uni I got rid of a lot of school people I didn't know or care about. So now I only have my friends I would see on a regular basis and university folk
