I use to be really nice to everyone I meet but then I found out most of them only hang out with me because of my cool stuff and my money. They don't even talk to me anymore. And that was the day I started disliking everyone. I don't trust them anymore. I still have real friends but not as many as it used to be years ago.
well, they are jerks for liking you for those things. But, even if you have your small group of close friends, your good. Still, you could meet new people who are just like the people in your group. Even though you had bad experiences, don't take it out on everyone. Just, find people who will have fun with you cause of your character.
Maybe you could try not letting them know that you have an abundance of money and cool things before you get to know them. Once they like you without knowing you are loaded, then you can introduce them to your other side.

I don't have many, my woman drove them all out of my life. I have aquaintences on sites like these but no real friends. I even got off Facebook for that very reason. People in real life are just too judgemental.
I think that most people will deceive you in some way if you give them the opportunity.
You sure of that? Even if what you think of "everyone" is remotely true - which I doubt - why would you be so rude and hostile as to dislike "everyone?"
I'm not saying there are not people who like others only for what they have but the extent to which you are taking this smacks a bit of conceit and pride. Perhaps that is because you are surprised to have discovered some people's lightweight motives - but do not overreact.
You can hardly condemn people for liking the same material things you like and are just lucky to have. You need only maintain polite and friendly boundaries knowing that these are not relationships you will pursue any further. And do realize that people can both like you and your good fortune.
