I’m turning 24 later this year & I haven’t been asked out, crushed on or pursued romantically. Does this mean that I’m ugly to men (theoretically)?

No, it doesn't mean you're ugly. Also, the other comments are right, you can't be sure you've never been crushed on, because many people will be too afraid to admit it out of fear of rejection and keep it to themselves, especially at a young age.
daizy is right as well. Just because someone gets asked out a lot doesn't necessarily make them more attractive than someone who doesn't. Being asked out has more to do with putting yourself out there, being approachable, etc.

Have you tried asking out someone instead of waiting for people to pursue you?
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. You might be fantastic to look at but you might also be a complete dick with a crappy personality. That is a turn off to even ugly fat guys.
